I switched to it's 1&1 VPS server right when it first came out. It's a lot faster but just memory always runs out, especially during an upgrade of Plesk. I ended up moving to SliceHost, and I'm quite happy ever after. This site is still on 1&1 VPS though.. awaiting migration ;) I feel you.
