HS850
Tuesday, September 26th, 2006California’s new law forbids driving while talking on the phone (holding it). It doesn’t, however, forbid drivers from reading news paper on the road, nor does the law forbid us from eating KFC two handed. It does, however, allows drivers to use handfree headsets so they can still talk while driving. Does it make sense?
If the action of holding a phone while talking is dangerous, why isn’t it illegal to eat KFC twohanded while driving? If it’s the talking part that is dangerous, why can we still talk via handsfree? Well, whatever it is, this change has forced me to purchase a bluetooth headset: Motorola HS850.
I’ve tried couple SonyEricsson earpieces. I can’t hear a thing :~ Don’t know it’s my ear getting bad or it’s the noise from my car or it’s my phone. SE’s earpieces don’t include volume control, don’t have a accept/hangup button. It just doesn’t work (for me)! Anyway, this $44.99 no-tax-shipped-free-from-Amazon-bluetooth-headset worked quite good for me so far. Just wanted to make a note of it.
