So the best way for the Nationalist Chinese Government from China is to scrape Taiwanese of it's collective memory, languages, history, and culture. And they did it quite well for the past 50 years, only to fail recently. So they've to find out another way to regain the mandate of Taiwanese in times of democracy. Will they succeed one more time? They're more than half-way. The colonialism regime has to brainwash it’s people so they can do whatever they want to without being challanged or even overthrown.
