Captcha 是什麼? According to [Wikipedia]:

A captcha (an acronym for “completely automated public Turing test to tell computers and humans apart”) is a type of challenge-response test used in computing to determine whether or not the user is human.

那 [Capcha! Plugin] 又是啥? 簡單說是個美觀大方安裝簡易的 auth_image 程式。安裝過程算是非常簡單:

1. 下載 Capcha! Plugin [link]
2. 丟到 wp-content/plugins/ 下面解壓縮
3. 建立一個暫存目錄來生 auth_image, ex: wp-catcha-tmp/
4. 下載一個 ttf 字型來讓 plugin 讀, [這裡]有一堆自由字型, 本站所使用的是 [Angelina]
5. 最後進入 WP Admin 的 Options 裡面的 Captcha! 設定, 指向之前選擇的目錄, 並指定使用的 font, 最後點 Update 就結束啦

請確認 php 有支援 GDLib (99.9% yes)

至於為什麼會心血來潮來裝這個 Capcha\! 呢? 因為剛剛發現碰上了傳說中的 Comment Spam! Jok khiong-boh neh! 加上阿幹那邊好像還沒選好要裝哪個, 就先自己找來裝啦. Byebye Spammer.. XD 不過話說回來那些 auth_image 應該算肉眼可以辨識吧.. XD

附帶一提, 幾天前才 Revision 2980 的 Wordpress, 剛剛一 update 發現已經是 3002 了. 看來那個 [Bug Hunt] 的確是出了一堆東西 XD
